Starbucks announces higher pay, other worker perks

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz says the upcoming pay raise is a move to keep the company “a retail employer of choice.”

Amid rumors of Federal wage hikes, Starbucks has raised it's hourly wages for US employees and relaxed part of its dress code.
